GOVERNMENT OF THE GAMBIA SCHOLARSHIPS (UTG) 2021/2022 PART 2

BOND SIGNING SCHEDULE

The Ministry of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology is pleased to invite you as a recipient of Government of The Gambia (University of the Gambia) Scholarship 2021/2022 part 2 to  the  signing  of  surety  bond  with  the  Ministry  starting from 8^th September 2022 to 14^th September 2022. The signing of the surety bond is required before the issuance of the scholarship award letter.

You are therefore kindly requested to come to the ministry as shown in the schedule below.

Please take note of the under-mentioned checklist for the signing of the bond:

1. Each     scholarship     awardee     must    come     with      two    Adult    Gambian sureties/guarantors  in-person  with a valid  and  original  ID  card  or Passport
2.  A student cannot be a surety/ guarantor.
3. Each scholarship awardee must come with an original Birth Certificate or  ID card or   Passport and  university  admission letter for  confirmation of  matriculation numbers and programmes.

Please kindly take note of the schedules as ministry will not entertain any late signing outside the schedule dates.
