MoHERST is pleased to report that civil works for the completion of the University of The Gambia’s (UTG) Faraba Bantang campus (Lot I of the Fixed Package) are almost completed. God willing, His Excellency President Adama Barrow will inaugurate this Lot of the Fixed Package and classes will commence in Faraba in February 2023. The Library and the following UTG Schools will start operational as planned:

1. School of Business and Public Administration 

2. School of Arts and Sciences 

3. School of Education 

4. School of Information Technology and Communications

Funds for the Lot II of the Fixed Package are secured and works will start in early 2023.
