This Ministry is in receipt of a correspondence emanating from our Mission in Madrid from the Women for Africa Foundation based in Spain, informing their 4th call for application to the programme Science by Women, aimed at selecting Senior African Women Scientists to be integrated in Fourteen top Spanish research centres in the the below listed areas with a view of enabling them to play a leading role in the transition of Africa to a knowledge-based and innovation-led economy;
