The NAQAA in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology

The NAQAA in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology are implementing activity seven (7) i.e. conduct of Regional and National Skills Competitions within the framework of the UNESCO-KOICA Youth Empowerment through Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Project in The Gambia.  The competitions will be regionally-based in the following five skill areas:

  1. Floor and Wall Tiling
  2. Fashion design
  3. Refrigeration and air-conditioning
  4. Electrical Installation
  5. Block laying
