The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is opening the 8th batch of the program titled “ABE Initiative: Masters Degree and Internship Program" under the African Education Initiative, "African Youth Professional”, which offers young Africans the opportunity to study at a Japanese University and to do an internship at a Japanese company.

The objective of the program is on the one hand, to build the capacity of African youth to participate effectively in the development of African industries and on the other hand, to promote economic relations between Africa and the private sector of Japan.

Candidates of the government and those from the private sector have to submit their complete application documents via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Gambians Abroad for onward transmission to JICA Senegal Office by October 16th, 2020 before 4:30 PM.
