India-Africa Scholarship Programme 2026/2027
The Ministry of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology (MoHERST) is pleased to announce the availability of scholarships under the India-Africa Scholarship Programme for the academic year 2026/2027.
These awards, offered through the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), cover undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral studies at selected universities in India.
Scholarship Coverage:
• Full tuition fees
• Monthly living stipend
• Housing allowance
• Travel expenses
• Additional related benefits
Application Process:
• Applications must be submitted online via the ICCR A2A Scholarship Portal: http://a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in
• Registration guidelines are provided on the portal
• Deadline for submission: 15 April 2026
