
Indonesian Scholarship for Civil Servants (Master’s & Doctorate Programs)
Eligibility
This scholarship is open to civil servants or nominated government officials from selected partner countries. The selection process is highly competitive, offering successful candidates the opportunity to pursue diverse study programs at leading universities and polytechnics in Indonesia.

Duration
The scholarship duration is aligned with program requirements:
Preparatory Stage
• Up to 6 months for Indonesian language (BIPA)
• Up to 4 months for matriculation
Academic Stage
• Up to 48 months (8 semesters) for Doctoral programs
• Up to 24 months (4 semesters) for Master’s programs
Age Requirements
• Master’s applicants: Must be 42 years old or younger by July 31 of the application year
• Doctoral applicants: Must be 47 years old or younger by July 31 of the application year
